We are accredited by the National Accrediting Commission of Career Arts & Sciences (NACCAS), which is recognized by the US Department of Education as a national agency for the institutional accreditation of post-secondary schools and departments of cosmetology arts and sciences.

Tuition & Financial Aid Options

Grabber School of Hair Design is a beauty college in St. Louis that is committed to assisting current and prospective students in obtaining funding for their education. We offer reasonable tuition rates with books, exam fees, tool kits and other supplies included – no hidden costs. Students in the Cosmetology and Esthetician Programs at Grabber School of Hair Design may apply for Federal Pell Grants and Federal
Direct Student Loans. (NOTE: Federal funds are not available to students
enrolled in the Nail Technology Program.) Plus, $1500 Scholarships are available to all cosmetology students.

Flexible Schedule

Grabber School of Hair Design offers students a selection in programs and schedules to help them achieve their educational goals within a time frame that works best for them. Enroll in our full-time or part-time schedules in day classes with weekends off or evening classes. New courses in cosmetology, manicuring and the esthetician programs begin every five weeks.

Employment after Beauty College

According to the U.S. Department of Labor’s Bureau of Labor Statistics, the job demand for cosmetologists is progressively increasing. While Grabber School of Hair Design cannot guarantee job placement, we do provide services that can help recent graduates when looking for employment opportunities. We holds monthly mock State Boards with a 98% pass rate, which contributes to our employable graduates’ 85% placement rate. Grabber School of Hari Design is also an NACCAS accredited beauty school, which can improve your chances of finding employment opportunities as well as getting licensed after graduation. We also provide Attendance, Academic, and Product Sales Awards for eligible students for their continued success and excellent work, which looks fantastic on their resumes. By the time our students graduate from beauty college, they have already gained real-word experience.

State-of-the-Art Facility

Grabber School of Hair Design opened its beauty college in St. Louis fully equipped with state-of-the-art equipment and the latest technology for our students. The campus houses over 15,000 square feet including a clinic area in the front where we offer any of our available salon services, and our classrooms, offices, photography room and student break area in the back. We provide everything our students need including manicuring tables, pedicure stations, hooded dryers, wash bowls, beauty stations and more. Our real salon/spa atmosphere includes all aspects of a real-world shop and is designed to provide our students with a solid foundation and excellent instruction to begin their careers as Cosmetologists, Manicrusts and Estheticians.

Not only does our facility provide a clean, comfortable and friendly environment, but it also operates on innovative and green technology to reduce energy and increase efficiency. We utilize a number of systems that help our beauty college contribute to energy production including a solar panel system on our roof that provides 25,000 watts per hour, interior and exterior lighting illuminated with over 700 LED ¬textures and even vapor control systems that help keep our air clean and fresh. This effort provides a clean atmosphere and also helps to encourage our students and others to be green-minded as well.
